Hello, and welcome to my new blog!

I'm Shawn, and I will be writing about my experiences with work at home companies, affiliate marketing, reviewing new opportunities and hopefully pointing out good companies to make money with.

Of course, anyone who has ever tried to make money with a "work at home" company has found that many are scams, pyramid schemes and things that just do not work. I have had my fair share of them, and then some. And, I am always looking for new opportunities. I have been doing different programs for about four years now, and I am starting to make a some money with them.

So, a little about me. I'm 45 when I am starting this blog. I've had MANY different jobs over the years, from tech support to customer service, carpentry and most other areas of construction, I've been a driver and a courier, worked in security, drove an armored truck, been a cook in fast food, and many other things. To say that I'm the "jack of all trades" would not be incorrect. Well, about two years ago I developed nerve damage in my back which left me with a problem walking, driving, dancing and all the fun things I use to do, including working. Now I have since began getting disability, which is impossible to live on, so I am not completely penniless. But, anyone that thinks they can live on $1k a month when you have difficulty walking is in for a shock. So, I had to do something else.

Now I had done a little network marketing before with a company which I will be reviewing. Unfortunately I did not have a lot of success. Partially because I did not have the time to commit to it because of my work schedule at the time and partially because I never committed fully to doing it. But, with my current situation I have nothing but time, and an intense need to have some supplemental income. I am no longer with that company, but I have considered going back to it. I have since become involved with a number of different work at home programs, companies and even a few that were scams. I'll be talking about those as well, and hopefully you will be able to avoid those scams.

Now, just so you know, no company or individual is going to be paying me for these reviews. They are completely based on my own personal experience. Now, if you see something I post and would want to be involved with it, awesome! If the link isn't on the review, which I am going to try and make sure that I include, just let me know. If you would like me to review a company, program or service I'll be happy to.

I do believe that there is money to be made in work at home programs, affiliate marketing and network marketing. Hopefully, as I continue to work in it and find new opportunities I can also help others to be successful as well. So, check back soon, and I will be writing several reviews over the next few days.
